“The Other” – An encounter beyond borders

The exhibition "The Other" brought together 25 artists and two collectives from Iran and the diaspora to question our relationship with others in a world of ruptures and walls. Drawing on the philosophy of Emmanuel Levinas , it opened a space for encounter, empathy, and ethical responsibility.

Through powerful works, the artists explored the boundary between self and other, questioning the idea of the Other not as a threat, but as a unique presence , an invitation to recognition.

Thank you to everyone who made this event a place of dialogue, resistance, and hope. Together, we reconnected with the deepest meaning of humanity.
