Collaboration between the artists Dorna Abyak and Niyaz Azadikhah

In June 2023, Dorna Abyak and Niyaz Azadikhah presented their artistic collaboration titled "How the Scent Returns to Its Red Rose". This project explores the relationship between memory and the senses, distinguished by the use of embroidery on hexagonal metal wire.

Exhibited at Fiuz Gallery, this work seamlessly merges textile and contemporary practices, creating a dialogue between the delicacy of thread and the strength of the material. The collaboration between Abyak and Azadikhah invites viewers into a poetic reflection on the marks left by time and the sensations that endure.
